This school is horrible! From the teachers to the students and even to the super attendant. To start off with the superintendent did not care above solving anyone's problems. On several occasions she threatened my son. She had told him that if anything happend again with him and even if it wasn't his fault that she would send him to alternative school rather she had my (the parents) consent or not that she could what she wanted and nobody could stop her. Then there was the high school principal. On several occasions we had asked him help on what to do with bullying not just with my son but, with other kids. On every occasion nothing was done. It was completely ignored. Finally their was the students. Most of the student are racists against every race but, their own (white). On several occasions my son was bullied for being half black. Wich is totally unacceptable. We had talked to the principal to about this and he did nothing. So, if you have any choice on rather to go to this school I would find a different school. We have moved a lot and so far out of 9 schools this one is the worst. Another thing you should know about the learning environment is that there is no effort put into the students learning. In the middle school (grades 6th - 8th) The math teacher teaches nothing the only thing he does is put them on a program called IXL which doesn't help any of the students that dont already understand the lesson. Then there is the Science teacher which neglects to grade paper to the last minute. Which not only my son has had problems with. In conclusion this deserves a 0/10 because of the sad learning environment, students, and faculty. So parents reading this turn away while you still can!
